The EXPAND was born in May 2018 from the idea of the founder Ing. Andrea Napoli to make available his over twenty years experience in running companies as General Manager and Managing Director, in favour of Companies that want to grow or need to review one or more aspects of their own organization to start a process of improvement.

EXPAND provides consulting services for the General Management, the Sales area and Operations, in order to improve the organization and the performances of the Company.
